Holiday Travel – On the Road Again

Everytime I hear that phrase, I think of Willie Nelson's song, "On the Road Again."

"Just Can't wait to get on the Road again."

It seems like everyone is on the roads lately, especially with gas prices sinking.

"The Life I love is making music with my friends."

And, when we get on the road, it can get boring right?

"And I can't wait to get on the road again."

So, what can we do to make it less boring?

"On the road again"

We can talk to people in the car.

"Goin' places that I've never been."

We can watch movies.

"Seein' things that I may never see again"

We can sing songs.

"And I can't wait to get on the road again."

We can fiddle with the radio.

"On the road again -"

We can play with our IPADS.

"Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway"

We can discipline the kids.

"We're the best of friends."

We can play games.

"Insisting that the world keep turning our way"

We can adjust the air.

"And our way"

We can mess with the lighter.

"is on the road again."

We can adjust the vents.

"Just can't wait to get on the road again."

We can open and close the windows.

"The life I love is makin' music with my friends"

We can mess with the sunroof.

"And I can't wait to get on the road again."

We can read billboards.

"On the road again"

We can talk on the phone.

"Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway"

We can text.

"We're the best of friends"

OR

"Insisting that the world keep turning our way"

we could simply DRIVE.

"And our way"

And

"is on the road again."

That's what we really should be doing.

"Just can't wait to get on the road again."

Driving and focusing on the road.

"The life I love is makin' music with my friends"

Respecting other people on the roads.

"And I can't wait to get on the road again."

Paying attention.

"And I can't wait to get on the road again."

Why?

So, we can continue living the lives we love and makin' music with our friends.
